A jobsite is like a well-oiled machine. There are so many moving parts and so many things happening, but the potential for risk is always there. But, much like life, everything keeps moving forward no matter the unforeseen obstacles all the way through to the final product.
At Seacoast, we know a thing or two about unpredicted obstacles on the jobsite. And we also know a thing or two about overcoming them. With over 18 years in theindustry, we’ve crafted fast and fool-proof methods to handle anything and everything that comes our way. Here’s how we do it:
We Plan for Everything
Planning is everything in construction. So many unforeseen events can come up during any project: weather delays, change of plans, permit issues, you name it! Starting off with a clear project scope and a solid understanding of your goals ensures a well-scheduled and organized jobsite. Diligent planning also keeps the project on schedule.
We Have Solutions
Our team is highly experienced, flexible, and used to working in quickly changing environments. Whenever an issue arises, we are quick to react and find a solution so that we can stay on schedule. We pool our resources and make quick decisions so that we can move forward without missing a beat.
Everyone on our team—subcontractors, project managers, workers, and everyone else involved—truly cares about the build and helping you meet your goals. Our team members are experts in their individual roles and bring skill, integrity, and responsibility to each project.
We Value Safety
Jobsite safety is our top priority. We take the safety of the project as well as everyone on-site seriously. Everyone on the team is highly trained and skilled in safety protocols. We ensure that all equipment is performing how it should be and that everyone is following the rules and requirements set forth by our industry. Our project managers visit the jobsite daily to keep an eye on the project.
We even go a step further to work overtime to ensure the project is well taken care of in the event of inclement weather – such as a Hurricane. We always go to great lengths to secure our sites before a storm and are the first back to check any damage and start getting back to work.
We stay in constant communication with our clients to provide regular progress updates and discuss any issues that come up. We are also always available to answer questions any time.
For us, we believe in building lasting relationships with our clients. We know that your project is your top priority – that’s why it’s ours too. We keep in touch as often as possible, with updates and even just to catch up. Each of our builds is truly a collaborative effort.
At Seacoast Construction, our jobsites are organized and strong so that we can handle anything. We can tackle any type of project and any issue that comes up during the project. Call us at 786-433-8740 or email us directly to schedule a consultation.
