Seacoast was part of a development team that found, acquired, and purchased the land with investors to build a 50-unit townhome community with gated access, pool pavilion, and BBQ area. We were also asked by the City of Boynton Beach, FL to preserve existing trees that were beyond the property line and on the canal right-of-way. To that end, we designed a nature trail for residents to walk through, sit, and enjoy nature. The project was built in 11 months, and all units sold immediately.
