Located in Coconut Grove, FL. This project involved converting an existing apartment complex into a modern hotel. It focused heavily on updating the hotel’s common areas, including the lobby, reception desk, and food mart. We also updated their dining area and incorporated small TVs into each dining booth for an improved guest experience.
