This Italian cabinet maker wanted a showroom in downtown Miami to display their high-end cabinetry and millwork. We poured the foundation for the 3,800 square-feet showroom and used a hydrostatic slab detail to correct flooding damage. The stained concrete floors were cut to give them a large tile appearance. We also incorporated special lighting for the display showroom and covered the ceiling with a black grid to accommodate special track lighting. Wall work and offices were also part of this project.
