Located in downtown Miami across from Bayfront Park, Seacoast was contracted to complete the buildout per franchise specifications; however, it was the franchises’ first time doing an interior buildout in a building with other retail properties in the vicinity. We guided them through the process of installing things like a cooling tower and discussing fire alarm issues and life safety requirements in order to meet building codes yet still maintain the franchise look. At the end of the project, the facility had a 1.5 story gym, numerous classrooms and playrooms, a kitchen for staff, offices, and a breakroom.
