For this project, Seacoast was contracted to build an addition to an existing historic house located on the river in Miami. We redid the existing interior facility and then added on a wing strictly consisting of bedrooms. The old bedrooms were converted into common areas for living spaces, kitchen, and garage. We also redid their pool deck to realign pavers and add awnings. All of this work was conducted while the family continued to occupy the home.
