Located in Downtown Miami across from Bayfront Park, we were commissioned to complete the restaurant buildout by adding the hood, electrical and mechanical systems as well as the flooring and bathroom. One unique challenge with this project was navigating the way we brought in the gas line in from 200 feet away. We had to do this going under existing pavers along 3rd street, which we successfully accomplished by working in sections and at night without disrupting other retailers in the area.
