Our work included updating the club house for the golf course as well as making improvements to the dining room, auditorium, entry, and bathroom facilities on the campus.

We’ve completed multiple projects within this adult-living facility, including modernizing the entrance lobby, reception area, and welcome center. We’ve also updated their game room and auditorium to improve AV technology capabilities and renovated their bar and dining facility to improve the residents’ experience in the space.

Seacoast Construction was contracted to update this two-tower, 24-story independent and assisted living facility communit’s common areas, including the library, bar, restaurant, dining facility, corridors, card room, pool, gym, and more. We also updated the elevator lobby areas of the two towers without disrupting the occupants’ daily living patterns.
