Located in Pompano Beach, FL, this retirement community was looking for a new welcome center. Seacoast Construction was contracted to update the main entry point for the entire community.
A big win in this project was saving the client more than $150,000 just by changing some structural systems to restore this historic building.

Seacoast Construction was contracted to update this two-tower, 24-story independent and assisted living facility communit’s common areas, including the library, bar, restaurant, dining facility, corridors, card room, pool, gym, and more. We also updated the elevator lobby areas of the two towers without disrupting the occupants’ daily living patterns.
As an ongoing client of ours for more than 4 years, we’ve done numerous projects for Downtown Dadeland.
