A construction industry veteran with more than 32 years in the field, including more than a decade at Seacoast, Debbie Felicie holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  She brings her vast experience to our team and works closely with all our clients and partners to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. She is responsible for preparing all contracts, insurance, bonds, payment application and accounting processes, and more. Her dedication extends outside of work too, where she maintains strong loyalty to the New York Yankees and enjoys singing in her church choir.
