Richard Buchanan, also known as Buck, is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with over forty years of construction experience. He holds a General Contractor license and is a master carpenter. In his role of superintendent, he has experience in ground-up construction, high-rises, and interior build-outs. He oversees all phases of a project from site prep to completion. He coordinates subcontractors, manages site safety, ensures schedule and budget adherence, and maintains quality standards. He has a deep knowledge of building codes, sequencing, and logistics. Buck enjoys vintage automobiles and spending time with family.

William Wood: William Wood, who goes by Bill, is a seasoned construction superintendent with over 20 years of industry experience. Bill brings a disciplined, results-driven approach shaped by his leadership training in the U.S. Marine Corps.
A graduate of Palm Beach State College, he combines formal education with hands-on expertise to manage complex projects efficiently and safely. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed numerous residential and commercial projects.
