ABOUT ME
Christie Montes assists clients by serving as a continuous point of contact throughout the project. She is instrumental in preparing schematic and preliminary estimates; securing subcontractors, work orders, scopes of work, and change orders; facilitating Revision of Bid documents and pre-construction project assessments; and remaining fully attentive and responsive to owners’ and subcontractors’ needs throughout the entire construction process. When she’s not at Seacoast, Christie devotes much of her time to her three dogs and two mini-pigs as well as staying active with sports, including teaching and competing in Muay Thai, a form of Thai martial art.
