A subsidiary of Chicago-based Hyatt Hotel Group, Vi at Lakeside Village is an adult-living facility located in Lantana, FL. In our tenure with this client, we’ve completed multiple projects, including modernizing the entrance lobby, reception area, and welcome center. We’ve also updated their game room and auditorium to improve AV technology capabilities and renovated their bar and dining facility to improve the residents’ experience in the space.
