Palm Square

This single-story retail center in Pompano Beach, FL needed an overall face-lift and renovation to bring the aging property up to date and attract new retailers. Seacoast Construction was contracted to add monument features and decorated columns, restore the roof, update the storefronts, and reconfigure the parking. We also upgraded the electrical work to meet current code requirements. The retail center is now completely occupied by tenants, including a new Starbucks, which the center was able to attract after our renovation.
